D4 Trapezium Update
The Trapezium is a new concept in portable ledges.
Prior to 2017, we had:
0.5 ledges (i.e. Metolius Gizmo)
1 person ledges (Metolius, BD, Fish)
2 person ledges (A5 Alpine Double, Runout UL Ledge, Metolius)
Full size and 2+ person ledges (A5 Diamond Ledge, Cliff Cabana).
The Trapezium is a first in a new category, the "1.5 ledge". Big enough for one person as a personal bivy, and roomy for two people sitting up to stay out of a storm. Packs to 24" tall--daypack size. Lots of other new innovations in portaledge technology for fast deploy in bad conditions.

D4 Trapeziums have made it to the production phase (John Middendorf is hand making these in Tasmania), and shipping has begun. Users consistently reporting positive feedback for a number of different endeavours using this new light and compact revolutionary shelter.
Our next batch will likely be a larger batch for the September big wall season. We expect to be shipping early August for this batch.
